Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Dosely app, operated by Mont AI. By using Dosely you agree to them.

Dosely is not medical advice. It is a place to record and look at your own health information. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, or replace a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional. Reference ranges shown in the app are typical adult values and vary by laboratory. Never delay seeking medical help because of something you read in Dosely. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

Dosely creates an anonymous account so you can start without signing up. You are responsible for the device you use it on, and for any account you connect. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time in More → Delete account and data.

What you put in

Your entries, photos and results remain yours. You confirm you have the right to upload anything you add, and that you will not use Dosely to store other people’s health information without their permission. Do not use Dosely for anything unlawful, and do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer it.

Scanning and explanations

Dosely uses AI to read lab reports and to summarise results in plain language. AI can make mistakes. Always check the values Dosely reads from a report before saving them, and treat any explanation as general information about your own numbers, not as advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you save.

Dosely Pro

Pro is a subscription, offered monthly or yearly, sold through the App Store or Google Play.
Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Pro includes lab report scanning and result explanations, limited to the monthly and yearly amounts shown in the app, along with unlimited blood tests and the bloodwork PDF export.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.
Prices may change; any change applies to future billing periods and will be shown in the app first.

The free version

The free version keeps a limited number of blood tests (shown in the app), and does not include the AI features or the PDF export. Anything you have already logged stays available to you, whether or not you subscribe.

Availability

We work to keep Dosely running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or of uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions made on the basis of information in the app, or for lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using Dosely and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass its limits, or break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We will update the date above when these terms change, and note significant changes in the app.
