A blood test tracker that keeps your whole history
Most people get a lab report, glance at it, and file it somewhere. A year later the numbers are gone and the only thing left is the current result — which on its own is the least useful way to read bloodwork.
Why track blood work over time
A reference range tells you where most people sit. It does not tell you where you normally sit. A ferritin of 45 is unremarkable in isolation and worth noticing if you were at 120 two years ago. Tracking turns each result into a data point instead of a verdict.
What Dosely does
- Every panel, kept. Log a test once and keep up to 45 biomarkers, each checked against its range.
- A chart per marker. Tap any biomarker to see its full history.
- Scan the report. Photograph a lab PDF or printout and have the values read for you.
- Supplements alongside. See what a marker did after you started taking something.
- Everyday numbers too. Sleep, water, weight, blood pressure and optional blood sugar.

Each marker below has a plain-language explanation and a tracker you can use in the browser, without installing anything.
- What does a high or low ferritin mean?Ferritin measures your iron stores. Here are the typical ranges, what a high or low result can point to, and when it is worth talking to a doctor.
- Vitamin D levels: what your number meansWhat a 25-hydroxyvitamin D result means, the ranges most labs use, why the units matter, and how quickly the number changes.
- TSH levels and what they say about your thyroidWhat a TSH result means, why high TSH suggests an underactive thyroid rather than an overactive one, and what gets checked next.
- Vitamin B12 levels: what your result meansWhat a vitamin B12 blood test measures, the ranges labs use, why a borderline result often needs a second test, and what commonly causes a low level.
Common questions
How often should I get blood work done?
That depends on your health and what is being monitored, and it is a question for your doctor. Once a year is common for general screening; specific markers under treatment are checked more often.
Can I track results from different labs?
Yes, and it is worth knowing that ranges differ between laboratories, so a result flagged normal at one lab can be flagged low at another. Dosely stores the value with its units, which is what makes results comparable.
Do I need an account?
No. Dosely creates an anonymous account when you open it — there is no sign-up screen and no email required.
