Privacy Policy

Dosely is a personal health tracker for blood test results, supplements, medications and everyday health measurements. This policy explains what the app stores, who can see it, and how to delete it. Plain version: your health data is yours, it is never sold, and there is no advertising in Dosely.

Who is responsible

What Dosely stores

• Your account. Dosely creates an anonymous account when you first open the app, so you can use it without signing up. If you later connect an Apple or Google account, we store the identifier and email address that service gives us.
• What you log. Blood test results and biomarker values, supplements and medications with their schedules, doses you tick off, blood sugar readings, and sleep, water, weight and blood pressure entries.
• Profile settings. An optional first name, and optional sex and height, which are used only to show the right reference ranges and BMI.
• Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription and when it expires.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to keep the service running and to block abuse.

Lab report photos and PDFs

If you use the optional scanning feature, the photo or PDF you choose is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to read the values from it. Dosely does not store your photo or PDF — only the values you confirm and save. Anthropic processes the file to return the result and does not use it to train its models. If you would rather not send images anywhere, you can type your results in by hand instead.

The "Explain my results" feature

When you ask Dosely to explain a test, the values from that test and your earlier results for the same markers are sent to Anthropic to write a short summary, which is saved to your account so it can be shown again without re-sending anything. Your name and email are never included.

Who else can see your data

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising. We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — hosts the database and accounts.
• Anthropic — processes lab report scans and explanations, as described above.
• RevenueCat, with Apple and Google — handle subscriptions and payments. Dosely never sees your card details.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database rules are set so each account can only ever read its own rows, and the keys that could bypass those rules are held on our servers, never inside the app.

How long data is kept

Your data stays until you delete it. Guest accounts that have never logged anything and have not been used for 30 days are removed automatically.

Your choices

• Delete everything. In the app: More → Delete account and data. This permanently removes your account and everything in it, and cannot be undone.
• Export. Pro subscribers can export their bloodwork history as a PDF. Ask us by email for a copy of everything else.
• Correct or remove individual entries at any time in the app.
• Notifications can be turned off per item in the app, or for the whole app in your phone settings.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, port or restrict processing of your data. Email us and we will help.

Children

Dosely is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Where data is processed

Our database is hosted in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. By using Dosely you agree to that processing.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and note it in the app.
