Common questions
- I paid but don't have Pro. Open More → Dosely Pro → Restore purchases. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the store receipt.
- How do I cancel? Subscriptions are managed in your Apple or Google account settings, not in Dosely. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- How do I delete my data? More → Delete account and data. It is permanent and immediate.
- Is Dosely medical advice? No. It records what you enter and shows it back to you. Always talk to a qualified professional about your results.
